Intercultural skills and time management.

In any workplace, you meet new people with different backgrounds. And it is important to get along with each other or if there are any cultural conflict situations to know how to deal with that in a constructively way. That was our main discussion today. It was quite an interesting session, also through various exercises to see how is quite easy to be a prejudiced person or to be a victim of prejudice.

Our afternoon session, we focused on how to manage time in case there is a lot to do. Most crucial thing is to prioritize, to know what is urgent, less urgent, important and less important, in case you stuck always ask for help, communication is the key.

I learned quite a lot through other’s experience and I will use what I received to improve personally for sure one day it will help me in a workplace.
